LOS ANGELES – Hogan & Hartson, LLP, announced today that Carissa Coze has joined the firm’s Los Angeles office as a partner practicing in the corporate group.
Coze joins the firm from Thelen Reid & Priest where her primary areas of practice included mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt securities offerings, corporate reorganizations, insider trading compliance and general corporate representation of pre-IPO and publicly held companies. Her experience includes working with semiconductor equipment manufacturers, telecommunications companies, government contracting businesses and electronics and other technology companies.
