SILICON VALLEY – Pillsbury Winthrop welcomes the arrival of partner Lior Nuchi, who will lead the firm’s Silicon Valley cross-border technology transactions practice.
Nuchi will represent emerging technology companies in international funding transactions, public offerings, litigation, and merger & acquisition support, both for businesses in Silicon Valley and abroad. He has particular experience with legal issues in Israel, France, Japan, Taiwan and China and is fluent in English, Hebrew, German and Japanese.
“Lior understands how to navigate a complex and promising international landscape,” says Davina Kaile, managing partner of Pillsbury Winthrop’s Silicon Valley office. “We are very excited to have Lior lead the cross-border technology transaction practice in our Silicon Valley office and are confident that he will be a great addition to our firm’s talented and experienced cross-border technology transactions team.”
Nuchi was previously a senior business partner in Bingham McCutcheon’s Palo Alto office, where he represented companies in the United States, Israel, Asia, and Europe in matters such as private financings, public offerings, mergers & acquisitions, litigation, and other non-corporate work.
Nuchi was placed with Pillsbury by Larry Watanabe and Ken Schwartz of Watanabe Nason & Seltzer.
