Watanabe Nason is pleased to announce Rachael Wexler joins Goodwin Procter in Los Angeles. Wexler was formerly a partner at Alschuler Grossman Stein & Kahan, LLP.
Wexler’s practice involves corporate and securities law, intellectual property and technology transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
She represents management teams, start-ups, joint ventures, issuers and investment banks in connection with large-scale public offerings, acquisitions, and industry consolidations, including bankruptcy and distressed sales.
