Hoffman with Duane Morris LLP in its San Francisco office strengthening the firm’s depth in insurance and commercial litigation. Hoffman joins from Nixon Peabody LLP.
Hoffman focuses his practice on commercial and insurance coverage issues. He advises corporations, professionals and fiduciaries-including attorneys, directors and officers, brokers and accountants-in insurance litigation. He represents insurers in coverage issues, civil actions, arbitrations and bad-faith claims and represents professionals and fiduciaries in direct actions against them. Hoffman has represented clients in trials and arbitrations involving coverage under specialty lines of insurance, bad-faith cases, legal malpractice actions, director and officer claims and general commercial litigation.
