SAN FRANCISCO – “Allan Low” who represents financial institutions and lenders on loan originations, modifications and workouts, among other transactions “joined Perkins Coie on Friday. Partner Barbara Schussman, who leads Perkins Coie’s San Francisco office, said she thinks Low’s practice will complement the work of lawyers in the land use and real estate practices.
“With Allan as part of our team, we can provide a top-notch, efficient resource for clients for their most complex development projects and real estate deals,” she said in a statement.
Low said he is eager to get started at the firm.

In addition to representing financial institutions, he advises buyers, sellers and owners of real property on single assets and portfolio transactions, leasing, lease restructuring and enforcement of leases. Legal recruiter Larry Watanabe placed Low at Perkins Coie.
Low joined Nixon Peabody in 2010 from Luce Forward. Anthony Barron, managing partner of Nixon Peabody’s San Francisco office, wished Low well at his next firm.
“We recognize Allan’s past contributions with the firm,” Barron said. “We have a leading practice in real estate development, both locally and nationally, and are committed to continued growth in our San Francisco office.”
