The placement of Theresa (Tess) Norton, who joins as Of Counsel. She is formerly a patent litigator with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Norton has a great deal of court experience in a variety of commercial litigation trials, contractual arbitrations, mediations, and judicial arbitrations. Several general commercial cases have proceeded to trial or arbitration, and she has participated in patent infringement trials and hearings before the U.S. district courts and the International Trade Commission (ITC).
