Also joining are John Molloy as special counsel, along with corporate associates Gavin Galimi and Dawn Anaiscourt. All were formerly with Shaw Pittman in Los Angeles. Klein specializes in middle market and emerging growth companies, focusing heavily on private equity, financing, and mergers and acquisitions.
