The placement of Eric McCrath, formerly a partner with Kirkland & Ellis and member of its private equity practice group. McCrath’s transactions have included both domestic and international acquisitions and sales for several private equity funds. Responsibilities included drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, limited liability company agreements and providing general corporate advice to private equity fund portfolio companies.
