The placement of Robert S. Metzger, the former chair of Gibson Dunn & Crutcher’s Communications Practice group and past co-chair of the firm’s Commercial & Government Contracts Practice group, with Pillsbury. Metzger will join Pillsbury as a Corporate & Securities partner in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Metzger has practiced nearly 30 years and has a broad-ranging, high-level regulatory, transactional and litigation practice that touches on numerous industries, including telecommunications, aviation and aerospace, and information technology.
