The placement of a five attorney land use group with Luce Forward in its San Francisco office. The group, headed by land use expert Timothy Tosta, were all formerly with Steefel Levitt & Weiss in San Francisco. Partners Steve Atkinson and John Truax along with associates Jennifer Renk and Joseph Ferrucci all join the firm. Tosta has successfully procured land use entitlements for some of California’s most complex and controversial development proposals and has successfully argued before the California Supreme Court in one of California’s most influential environmental quality act cases.
