The placement of corporate and securities partner Deepak Nanda with Gibson Dunn in Orange County. He joins from Foley & Ladner where he was the former managing partner of the Los Angeles office. Nanda’s practice focuses on transactional and securities matters, including cross-border M&A, dispositions, privatization transactions, leveraged recapitalizations and buyouts.
