James Dutro was formerly a partner in Latham & Watkins’ San Francisco office and a member of the Firm’s Health Care Practice. He focuses on representing hospitals, health systems, and other health care services providers in connection with various types of transactional and regulatory matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financing transactions, and other complex business transactions and arrangements. James has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating, and implementing integrated health care delivery systems and other hospital-physician alignment transactions and arrangements.
