Lorenz joins King & Spalding from Dorsey & Whitney where he was a partner and served as co-chair of Dorsey’s Life Sciences practice. He has over fifteen years of experience in the acquisition, licensing and litigation of biotech patents, and represents a number of emerging and public biotech companies, leading universities, and venture firms in the fields of immunology, oncology, neurology and molecular biology.
