The placement of an international trade practice group, thereby opening offices for Winston & Strawn in Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai. The practice team joins from Heller Ehrman. The partners joining in Hong Kong are Simon Luk, David Hall-Jones, and Michael Phillips. The group also includes one of counsel, three associates, four high-level trade analysts and other key support professionals who are based in China.
