The placement of litigation partners Paul Hall and Todd Toral with DLA. Both were formerly partners with Nixon Peabody in San Francisco. Hall was the Co-Chair of Nixon Peabody’s National Class Action Team. His practice involves financial institutions litigation, consumer class actions and wage and hour litigation. Toral was Nixon Peabody’s Commercial Litigation Deputy Practice Group Leader. His practice focuses on complex business litigation with an emphasis on investment partnerships, tax disputes, finance, and defending claims of alleged unlawful business practices.
