We are pleased to announce the placement of Bryan Gadol with Orrick in its Orange County office. Mr. Gadol was a partner at Morgan Lewis in Orange County.
Mr. Gadol represents emerging growth and middle-market companies, private equity firms, family offices, and other investors in a broad array of corporate matters through all stages of the business and investment life cycle, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and securities offerings. His clients operate in a wide range of industries, including Internet and technology, consumer products, medical device, beauty, and manufacturing.
His recent representative matters include:
* Represented Envy Medical, a portfolio company of HCP & Co., in the sale of Envy Medical to Allergan plc. Envy Medical is a company offering patented skin resurfacing technology, Dermalinfusion (May 2019).
* Represented Vintage Design Inc. in the sale of Vintage Design and Nu Wood Design to Artisan Design Group (ADG), a portfolio company of The Sterling Group, an operationally focused middle-market private equity firm (April 2019).
* Represented Cirrus Enterprises (d/b/a E.V. Roberts) in its sale to Graco Supply Co. The agreement creates the largest aerospace-focused specialty chemicals distributor in North America (March 2019).
Mr. Gadol is the Orange County chairman for the non-profit, Gen Next. He serves on the ABA’s Mergers and Acquisitions Committee, the ABA Privacy Equity and Venture Capital Committee and the ABA Angel Venture Capital Committee.
