We are pleased to announce the placement of Eliot Adelson with Morrison & Foerster in their San Francisco office. He was formerly a partner with Kirkland & Ellis in San Francisco.
Mr. Adelson’s practice focuses on antitrust litigation, government regulatory and internal investigations, as well as shareholder and commercial litigation matters. In the antitrust area, Mr. Adelson has litigated various matters for foreign corporations and individuals, including alleged price-fixing. His securities defense and internal investigation matters cover fiduciary duties, securities, fraud, and other corporate issues. He has appeared in federal and state courts and before arbitration panels across the country.
Mr. Adelson has represented among others, Murata Manufacturing, Nexstar Media Group, Hitachi, Kobe Steel, Toyota Industries Corporation, Morgan Stanley and Tenneco.
