Watanabe is pleased to announce the opening of Gray Cary’s Sacramento office with corporate partners Gilles Attia, Kevin Coyle and several corporate associates. Attia was formerly the Managing Partner of Graham & James' Sacramento office and firm-wide chair of its corporate securities group. Coyle has extensive experience providing legal counsel to  public and private companies for mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and venture investments.
